LIFF 2013 – Hold On And Watch New Alfonso Cauron Gravity UK Trailer

Life is Impossible in space but from the seat of your cinema it’s where you want to be, don’t let go and enjoy the new second UK trailer for Alfonso Cuarón’s Gravity.

Since it’s world premier at Venice International film festival the buzz and critical acclaim for Gravity is nothing but impressive and is burning through film festivals like the radiation from a solar flare! This weekend the film heads to Toronto before heading London next month which announced it’s 2013 line up early yesterday.

Gravity Stars Sandra Bullock as Dr Ryan Stone a medical engineer on her first space mission with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (George Clooney)as the voice of experience . As the pair do  a routine spacewalk disaster strikes when their shuttle is destroyed, leaving the pair with no radio contact spinning into darkness.

Whilst the previous trailers build up the tension, claustrophobia elements of the film, this new trailer does reveal a lot more of the films plot especially the relationship between Stone and Kowalsky. The emphasis is more on Stone whom we get some background knowledge on and why Space can be a beautiful vast area but also terrifying at the same time.

Gravity will land in a UK&Irish cinema near you from 8th November (USA 6th October) via  Toronto Film Festival and London Film Festival.

Check out this new Poster of George Clooney for the film too.

Bullock plays Dr. Ryan Stone, a brilliant medical engineer on her first shuttle mission, with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (Clooney) in command of his last flight before retiring. But on a seemingly routine spacewalk, disaster strikes. The shuttle is destroyed, leaving Stone and Kowalsky completely alone—tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the blackness.

The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to Earth…and any chance for rescue. As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left.

But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space.
