“The Legend Ends” In New THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Poster

When you talk about posters going up on walls be it in the living room or bedrooms of a house you think you will be talking about children or teens, students but if you were to pick a poster worthy of going up on your wall no matter your age it has to be the one. On a day which is usually dead Warner Bros have unleashed a superb THE DARK KNIGHT RISES poster which is simply epic in all proportions.

The new batman adventure is simply going to monster hit for 2012 and with the recent direction of the marketing revealed in the shape of several ‘leaked CIA Documents’ and then this New poster which boasts the slogan “The Legend Ends” with Bane(Tom Hardy) walking away in the pouring rain with a shattered mask The Dark Knight Rises is the summer film of 2012! Usually after a barrage of marketing a trailer usually follows and yesterday’s rumour that the long awaited full length trailer is on the way unfortunately never materialised however the amount of marketing we’ve had over the past few days plus tonight’s poster usually means that trailer is coming very very soon!

Let’s hope The Dark Knight Rises marketing train produce more posters of the highest quality like this one (also in quad form below) and if they do we’re in for a massive treat, but come on guys where’s the elusive trailer?!

The Dark Knight Rises will star Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway,Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Juno Temple, Josh Pence andMarion Cotillard, with the movie set for a July 20th 2012 release date. So what do you think guys?
