Keanu Reeves Is A ‘Diamond Geezer’ In Siberia UK Trailer

Ever since John Wick, Keanu Reeves career has gone through a resurgence with plenty of projects been lined up too. Signature Entertainment has released the UK Trailer for his next film Siberia. Starring as a Diamond Trader who travels Russia and finds himself picking up a gun facing the mob.

There’s something about Reeves and guns taking on the mob. Siberia may be considered an ‘action thriller’, it’s not one that’s bullet-ridden as Wick. No dead pups to revenge just a missing partner in a noir-tinged thriller.

With John Wick 3 and a return of Theodore Logan esquire in Bill & Ted Face The Music, this film looks a solid thriller for Reeves. The film looks similar in tone to director’s Matthew Ross Frank & Lola even Oscar-nominated A Simple Plan by writer Scott B.Smith.

Lucas Hill, an American diamond trader, travels to Russia negotiate a deal involving some very rare gems that he plans to sell to the oligarch Boris Volkov. When his contact for the diamonds goes missing, and he gets on the wrong side of Volkov, Hill finds himself stranded in the frozen wastes of Siberia, with only a local bar owner to help him face the deadly situation.

The film also stars Molly Ringwald (The Breakfast Club, Pretty In Pink), Ana Ularu (Inferno, Chosen), Pasha D Lynchnikoff (Deadwood, Shameless), James Gracie, Eugene Lipinski, Rafael Petardi, and Veronica Ferres.

Siberia will be released in the UK and Ireland from 16th November with a limited cinema release and on Digital HD.
