Julia Garner Is ‘Faking It’ In New Inventing Anna Trailer

However much we moan and groan at those became ‘famous’ because they  are socialites, we know we would love just a slice of that fortune. Would you go as far as pretending you are part of that aristocracy?  In the full new second Trailer for Inventing Anna, Julia Garner is faking it, however Anna Chulmsky is on her trail.

As we wait Shonda Rhimes Bridgerton second season, this 9 part limited series has all the trimmings to fill that gap. The series is based on Jessica Pressler‘s article, How Anna Delvey Tricked New York’s Party People. Garner is Anna Delvey an fake German heiress who make a name for herself on the New York party scene thanks to her Instagram persona. Befriending the socialites, stealing their hearts and at the same time defrauding them for their money.

These days it’s amazing to think there is still people think they con us for being someone they aren’t. This trailer asks those questions and they have an intriguing show on their cards too.

In Inventing Anna, a journalist with a lot to prove investigates the case of Anna Delvey, the Instagram-legendary German heiress who stole the hearts of New York’s social scene – and stole their money as well. The series also stars Arian Moayed, Alexis Floyd, Katie Lowes, Jeff Perry, Anna Deavere Smith, Anders Holm, Laverne Cox, and Terry Kinney.

Inventing Anna will be released on Netflix globally from 11th February.
