"Its Killing Time" -Watch The UK Trailer For HANNA
Focus Features have released the UK trailer For HANNA directed by Joe Wright starring Saoirse Ronan as the 16 year old assassin. Saoirse palys the 16 year old girl raised in rural Finland raised from childhood to be that perfect killer by her ex-CIA father played by Eric Bana. Joe Wright is a director you wont expect to see direct a action thriller esque type of a movie looking back at his cv his main movies have been period dramas such as Antoment (also starring Ronan) and Pride and Prejudice, so you can say it was time to spread out the and diversify the cv! As for Saoirse she is in the early stages of her career so what direction to go she has a while to decide.

Hanna (to be played by Ms. Ronan) is a teenage girl. Uniquely, she has the strength, the stamina, and the smarts of a solider; these come from being raised by her father (Mr. Bana), an ex-CIA man, in the wilds of Sweden. Living a life unlike any other teenager, her upbringing and training have been one and the same, all geared to making her the perfect assassin. The turning point in her adolescence is a sharp one; sent into the world by her father on a mission, Hanna journeys stealthily across Europe while eluding agents dispatched after her by a ruthless intelligence operative with secrets of her own (Ms. Blanchett). As she nears her ultimate target, Hanna faces startling revelations about her existence and unexpected questions about her humanity.
HANNA also stars Cate Blanchett, Tom Hollander, Olivia Williams and Jason Flemyng with the movie been released on April 8th.
