In The Owners Trailer There’s No Place Like Home
Horror fans know don’t go into old houses or homes owned by old folks, the shit will hit the fan. In Julius Berg‘s horror thriller The Owners ,it’s in a big old house and it’s owners are an elderly couple! As not all is what it seems!
Maisie Williams stars in this one with her wannabe thieving friends are about to get the tables turned on them. The friends think the big old house was empty, so to realise the elderly couple ( Sylvester McCoy and Rita Tushingham) return home early. Soon to find themselves fighting for their lives when the prey become the predators!
Obviously no one has watched Don’t Breathe and never judge anyone. It will be the last mistake you’ll ever make as our ‘hosts’ are truly crazy! This is French filmmaker’s directorial feature debut, so now take your shoes off and meet the Huggins!
In THE OWNERS, a group of friends think they found the perfect easy score – an empty house with a safe full of cash. But when the elderly couple that lives there comes home early, the tables are suddenly turned. As a deadly game of cat and mouse ensues, the would-be thieves must fight to save themselves from a nightmare they could never have imagined.
The film co-stars Ian Kenny, Jake Curran, Andrew Ellis, and Stacha Hicks.
There’s no word on who and when The Owners will get a UK release. In the USA, the film will get a limited cinema release along with a On Demand and Digital HD release on 4th September.
