The new trailer promises Season 2 will pick up pace after last season’s slow start with the new trailer also coming with a hashtag #WhoKilledPablo.Trailer opens with worldwide news reports of Pablo’s escape  with many law enforcement sections, cartels, Colombian Police (Search Bloc), vigilantes all ready for all out war.
Narcos chronicles the gripping real-life stories of the infamous drug kingpins of the late 1980s and the corroborative efforts of law enforcement to meet them head on in brutal, bloody conflict. Its gritty storytelling details the many, often-conflicting forces – legal, political, police, military and civilian – that clash in the effort to control cocaine, one of the world’s most valuable commodities.
Season one was all about Escobar been established as the greatest druglord of the time probably responsible for most of the world’s cocaine. He was literally the man many feared also a antihero to many others but Escobar’s clock is ticking time is nearly running out for him. It’s going to be an emotional journey for everyone involved with many parties obsessed in killing Pablo Escobar. It seems Season 2 will come more grounded in one time period rather than  15 years season one covered, more time to delve deeper into the characters.
Narcos stars the talents of Wagner Moura returning as the nefarious Escobar.Boyd Holbrook and Pedro Pascal returning also as Steve Murphy and Javier Peña, Escobar’s DEA Agent friends.
All 10 episodes of Narcos Season 2 Â will launch Friday, September 2, exclusively on Netflix.
