Hotel Transylvania: Transformania Now to Exclusively Stream On Prime Video

The Covid-19 pandemic has certainly changed the world, it’s also changed film in many ways. One of those ways has seen many films change home and even release formats and the latest film to change is Hotel Transylvania: Transformania.
Today Prime Video has licensed worldwide streaming rights (excluding China) for the film from Sony Pictures Animation. The fourth instalment of the $1.3 billion family film franchise which will now premiere worldwide in over 240 countries and territories on Prime Video in January 2022.

Drac and the Pack are back, like you’ve never seen them before in Hotel Transylvania: Transformania. Reunite with your favourite monsters for an all-new adventure that presents Drac (Brian Hull) with his most terrifying task yet. When Van Helsing’s (Jim Gaffigan) mysterious invention, the ‘Monsterification Ray,’ goes haywire, Drac and his monster pals are all transformed into humans, and Johnny (Andy Samberg) becomes a monster! In their new mismatched bodies, Drac, stripped of his powers, and an exuberant Johnny, loving life as a monster, must team up and race across the globe to find a cure before it’s too late, and before they drive each other crazy. With help from Mavis (Selena Gomez) and the hilariously human Drac Pack, the heat is on to find a way to switch themselves back before their transformations become permanent.

The film will be the final chapter the Hotel Transylvania film series. It will star the voices talents of Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, Kathryn Hahn, Keegan-Michael Key, Steve Buscemi, David Spade, Brian Hull, Asher Blinkoff, Brad Abrell, Fran Drescher, Jim Gaffigan and Molly Shannon. franchise creator Genndy Tartakovsky returns this time as one of the screenwriters and executive producers.
Hotel Transylvania: Transformania will be released globally (except China) from 14th January 2022.
