Horror Channel FrightFest, the UK’s leading horror & fantasy film festival is teaming up with Poster Spy, the internet’s primary source of alternative movie posters, to launch a very special poster competition ahead of the festivalโ€™s annual 5-day event in August at the Vue Shepherdโ€™s Bush.

Designers and artists, both amateur and professional, have the opportunity to create a brand new alternative poster to run alongside the official FrightFest poster design by long-time associate and world-renowned fantasy artist Graham Humphreys. The winning artist will receive a $250 cash prize, a full festival FrightFest pass, a media wall photo appearance with Mr. Humphreys himself and the opportunity to sign a commercial deal with FrightFest Enterprises, FrightFest’s official online merchandising store (http://www.FFEnts.co.uk),

Artists are invited to submit their work via www.posterspy.com/Frightfest-contest
and the closing date is Monday June 27. Full terms and conditions can be found there.The winning design will be judged by Team FrightFest, Graham Humphreys, and TheHorrorShow.TV’s David Hughes.

Horror Channel FrightFest 2016 is set to take place on 25th until 29th August at the festival’s new venue at Shepard’s Bush Vue Cinema. Details of the films and other great surprises in store will be announced later this month possibly early July.
