The big question on all our lips for good old Star-Lord is ‘Peter who really is your Daddy?’.It seems as the gang try to keep the momentum going that old parentage question might just be answered.
Set to the all-new sonic backdrop of Awesome Mixtape #2, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mystery of Peter Quill’s true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes’ aid as the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to expand.
This is only a teaser trailer, director James Gunn confirms it’s not one of those teasers of upcoming trailers, but one to remind us volume 2 is on the way. It certainly does wet our whistles and this teaser is apparently part of the footage Marvel unveiled at San Diego Comic -Con back in July.Is that forest area part of Ego The Living Planet? Things look like they will get stranger and crazier which is a perfect fit for this franchise and Star Lord’s crazy antics.
We don’t really see any of those Camoes Marvel love, but it’s a slice of humour, badass action and a potential side story between the sisters. Daughter of Thanos Nebula who is now with the Guardians and Gamora , with the Ravagers falling around them there still seems to be some hostility. When Volume one arrived, it arrived with no expectations which helped it become one of the best movies of 2014. So now the cat is out the bag can they expand on the original story and deliver those now expectations?
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, featuring Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki, Chris Sullivan, Sean Gunn, Tommy Flanagan, Laura Haddock and Kurt Russell.
