HBO Max Finally Announce UK & Irish Launch Date

After many years of speculation, HBO Max will finally arrive in the UK and Ireland, with the streaming service arriving on our shores on March 26th.

The channel is already available in over 110 territories worldwide. HBO Max promises a collection of content from HBO, Warner Bros. Pictures, Warner Bros. Television, DC Studios and Max Originals. This includes the UK home for the highly anticipated The Pitt, starring Noah Wyle, with the award-winning medical series finally arriving on UK shores. The new Harry Potter series will also call the channel home.

Also, the third seasons of Euphoria and House of the Dragon, as well as the debut of Lanterns (based on the iconic DC title “Green Lantern”), will debut there, as well as other new HBO Originals, including DTF St. Louis, Rooster and the third and final season of The Comeback.

Fans of Succession to Friends, The Sopranos to Game of Thrones can enjoy the classic episodes on the channel. It’s not all about show; movie fans can enjoy the likes of Oscar-nominated One Battle After Another and Sinners, Superman, A Minecraft Movie, to name a few.

Until the end of 2025, many of the above HBO shows would only be found  contractually until now. From next month,h Sky subscribers will be able to join the channel and, in some cases, they will be automatically subscribed.

Subscriptions at HBO Max will start at £4.99 / € 5.99 with the channel launching on March 26th in the UK and Ireland.
