Colm Meaney in Three Day Millionaire (2022)

Who needs Danny Ocean’s Ocean 11 when you can have Grimsby 4! Signature Entertainment have unearthed the UK Trailer for British comedy Three Day Millionaire. Grimsby the home of millionaires…and heist!

Jack Spring‘s heist comedy will be with us next month which will see the north eastern town on the big screen. Anyone from the area will recognise many of the locations seen in the trailer.

In this one, four friends working on the town’s remaining fish trawler return home for a three day party. Only for their world come crumbling down around him when the owner threatens to close. Even worse hasn’t been paying them either. Desperate to save that company they come together with an unknown man willing to help them, pull off the greatest heist…

After weeks at sea working for Grimsby’s last remaining trawler, three friends return home to have the ultimate three-day-long celebration. However, when they discover the company owner hasnโ€™t been paying the workers and plans to shut the companyโ€™s doors forever, they realise they must save their company, save their friends, and most importantly, save their way of life. With the help of an unexpected confidant, the three lads attempt to carry out the greatest heist Grimsby has ever seen โ€“ what could possibly go wrong?

Directed by Jack Spring (Destination: Dewsbury), written by Paul Stephenson and produced by Giles Alderson (Wolves of War), Lucinda Rhodes Thakar (Confession) and Jack Spring.

The film stars Colm Meaney (Con Air, Star Trek), Jonas Armstrong (Robin Hood, Edge of Tomorrow), Robbie Gee (Snatch, Small Axe) and James Burrows (Fighting with My Family, This is England).

Three Day Millionaire will be released in UK and Irish cinemas plus digital from 25th November.
