George Clooney Assembles The Monuments Men, Watch UK Trailer

The Monuments Men is the latest directorial effort from George Clooney ย delivering another film based on a ย true story with a big slice of style thrown in for good measure. The film is based on a American World War Two platoon that was created and sent into the Nazi Germany to ‘rescue’ valuable works of art from destruction. This group is no ordinary group but a platoon made up of ย ย museum directors, curators, and art historians who value, treasure the work their sent to rescue.
If we’re to go with any of Clooney’s previous films The Monuments Men won’t disappoint, great cast and a film that looks like a cross between Ocean’s Eleven with Saving Private Ryan (ironically with Ryan – Matt Damon in the cast) this should be an entertaining start to the new year!

Synopsis
