Flight UK Première Report

Last night in the heart of London members of cast and crew of Robert Zemeckis Flight where out in force for the UK premiere of his new film.

Flight stars Academy Award winner, Denzel Washington as Whip Whitaker, a seasoned airline pilot, who miraculously crash lands his plane after a mid-air catastrophe, saving nearly every soul on board. After the crash, Whip is hailed as a hero, but as more is learned, more questions than answers arise as to who or what was really at fault and what really happened on that plane?

Flight marks  Zemeckis long overdue return to live action film after several years involved in unsuccessful motion capture films and with the buzz from the American release of the film along with the recent nominations it looks like the wait was worth it. Last night’s red carpet gala took place in London’s Leicester Square joining director Robert Zemeckis on the carpet was Producers Jack Rapke & Steve Starkey, British actress Kelly Reilly and the man himself Denzil Washington. Our friends at The Big Picture where in attendance last night and they bring us this video report with all the interview with the key stars from the red carpet.

Flight stars John Goodman, Don Cheadle, James Badge Dale, Melissa Leo,Bruce Greenwood with the film touching down in UK&Ireland 1st February.
