First Trailer For Stop Motion Animation Film ParaNorman

If you loved Coraline especially the visually you’ll probably enjoy this one ParaNorman from Laika the animation studio that brought that film bring you their latest creation and tonight the first trailer has been released. ParaNorman is the story of a misunderstood boy who can talk the dead in a town which is over ran by ghosts, zombies, witches and moronic adults and century old curse to top everything off.  Great casr lend their voices to this one Kodi Smit-McPhee ,Casey Affleck, Anna Kendrick,  Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Leslie Mann, Jeff Garlin, John Goodman, and Alex Borstein. The trailer might not give out much on dialogue  it feels more a montage with the superb score from Donavan’s Season Of The Witch. It looks like the team have transported some of the magic from Coraline  in a film that has fine fantastic detail head to toe, creepy, peculiar and a animation The Peoples Movies is looking forward too.

No Word on The UK&Irish date just yet but ParaNorman is set for a American release of August 17th 2012.

When a small town comes under siege by zombies, who can it call? Only misunderstood local boy Norman, who is able to speak with the dead. In addition to the zombies, he’ll have to take on ghosts, witches and, worst, of all, grown-ups, to save his town from a centuries-old curse. But this young ghoul whisperer may find his paranormal activities pushed to their otherworldly limits.
