First Trailer For Cameron Crowe’s We Bought A Zoo Starring Matt Damon

We Bought A Zoo

It’s one of the many movies the past year or two has found itself victim to the schedule delays but now its now confirmed its December release and today 20th Century Fox have ย unveiled its official trailer, We Bought A Zoo. The movie is based on a Benjamin Mee story which stars Matt Damon as a young father who packs up and moves from the city into the country and buys a struggling Zoo,ย apparentlyย its based on a true story as Benjamin Mee is Damon’s character.ย Scarlett Johansson,ย Elle Fanning,ย Patrick Fugit,ย Stephanie Szostak,ย Maggie Elizabeth Jonesย andย Thomas Haden Church all star as well.

Looks a charming family drama, strong trailer (nice tune from Sigur Ros too) and it does look like the movie has a messege of putting your heart into something you desire to do you will get there in the end. The movie is coming to the UK & Ireland as well as USA on December 23rd, so if your looking for an alternative christmas type movie this could be the one to check out, here’s hopping the animals are alot more behaved than the ones in The Zookeeper and if you watch Homes Under The Hammer on BBC1 always read the legal Packs as you wont get the shock of your life when you see what comes with the house (a zoo!)!

This holiday season, acclaimed filmmaker Cameron Crowe (Jerry Maguire, Almost Famous) directs an amazing and true story about a single dad who decides his family needs a fresh start, so he and his two children move to the most unlikely of places: a zoo. With the help of an eclectic staff, and with many misadventures along the way, the family works to return the dilapidated zoo to its former wonder and glory.
