First Look At Ciarán Hinds As Dark Wizard In The Rings Of Power

We’re less than a week away from Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power Season 2, Prime Video gives a first look at Ciarán Hinds  as the ‘Dark Wizard’.

Not much is known at about the Irish Oscar nominated actor’s character. He is a new character and is described as “A dark and powerful wizard, whose origins and intentions are shrouded in secrecy, and who has a legion of magic-wielding acolytes who obey his every command”.

He is one  who possibly ordered three travellers to find the Stranger (Daniel Weyman), who could possibly be Gandalf.  With the ‘Dark Wizard’ a new character introduced in Season 2, the mystery of who the Stranger is will finally be revealed?

In Season Two of The Rings of Power, Sauron has returned. Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2 launches  on Prime  Video from 29th August. It will launch with the first 3 new episodes with finale happening on 3rd October.
