Academy Award-nominated director Felix van Groeningen’s new film Let Love In has started it’s Principal photography.

Shooting is currently underway in the director’s native homeland of Belgium. The film is written by Felix van Groeningen, Charlotte Vandermeersch (co-director and co-writer of The Eight Mountains) plus Anne Paulicevich.

Charlotte Vandermeersch also stars with Luca Marinelli (The Old Guard films, The Eight Mountains, Mussolini: Son of the Century).

What is the film all about? The synopsis for Let Love In is the story of one couple’s emotional journey as they question everything they once took for granted when a long-kept affair is confessed. But what looks like a relationship in crisis reveals itself as a story of healing and reconnection. A quest for honesty, true intimacy and deep understanding, redefining what it means to be lovers.

Felix van Groeningen directed The Broken Circle Breakdown, which was nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at the 86th Academy Awards. He also directed the critically acclaimed Beautiful Boy, starring Timothee Chalamet and Steve Carrell, and won the Cannes Film Festival Jury Prize for his epic, The Eight Mountains.
