Everything Is Different Now In Black Summer Season 2 Trailer
We’ve been waiting two years for season 2 and today Netflix surprise us all with the First Trailer for Black Summer Season 2. After the brilliantly intense first season we’ve been eager to see how the survivors take on the new challenges the zombie apocalypse presents them.
Black Summer is a spin-off Z-Nation the post apocalyptic action comedy which many saw as The Walking Dead with humour. The series works as a prequel which is set in ‘Z-Nation‘ world, sex weeks after the outbreak started. Both shows share the same creative team and off course world.
The first season we followed Jaime King as Rose who searches for her daughter whom she got separated from at the start of the outbreak. Both are reunited at the end of the first season, season 2 everything is different. The trailer is merely a teaser which shows we are now in the winter, Rose must protect her daughter from new dangers. Like many other Zombie apocalyptic shows/films the dead aren’t always the only dangers…
Winter comes with cold-blooded new challenges during the zombie apocalypse as frantic scavengers and violent militias battle the dead and desperate.
The series also stars Justin Chu Cary and Christine Lee.
Netflix are stating Black Summer Season 2 is ‘coming soon’ in the UK. However American websites are saying the new season will arrive on 17th June.
