After the success of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire today worldwide Lionsgate Films have debuted the first look at the 2 part big finale The Hunger Games:Mockingjay Part 1 images.

Courtesy of a new website www.thehungergamesexclusive.com  a site that will give audiences insider access to one of  the most highly anticipated film of 2014. Series #1 features an exclusive look at District 13’s President Coin (Julianne Moore) one of the franchises new characters.Along with a video interview withthe actress and a Q&A with director Francis Lawrence, producer Nina Jacobson, and screenwriter Peter Craig. Additionally, get first look images and behind-the-scene stills, an interactive sneak peek at a page from the film’s script, and the official motion poster.

The worldwide phenomenon of The Hunger Games continues to set the world on fire with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, which finds Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and a nation moved by her courage.

After the last film we are really keen  to see this and we know the whole franchise is steeped in politics but Mockingjay does seem to be the one book the political stance may not be stereotypical  American. Of all the books it also seems will be the most challenging and we’re up for what Francis Lawrence in store for us.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 will arrive in UK&Ireland 21st November.
