The man who delivered that ‘particular set of skills’  as this January it ends here as Liam Neeson  returns as Bryan Mills for one final time as Tak3n aka Taken 3 returns to cinemas, tonight we check out the official first trailer.

After the unexpected success of the first film and the major disappointment of film 2 what else Bryan Mills unleash those skills on? Answer time to go dark  as the brutal murder of his ex-wife  forces ex-covert  operative evade those he was loyal too.

In Tak3n as Mills (Neeson) reconciles further with his ex-wife (Famke Janssen) and enhancing his relationship with his daughter Kim(Maggie Grace), tragedy strikes as Lenore is brutally murdered. Bryan becomes prime suspect for her murder  he goes on the run hunting down the real killers to unleash his own unique brand of ‘skills’ on the guilty whilst been perused by those served CIA, FBI and the Police.

The new trailer does show promise especially if we’re  basing what  we saw in Taken 2, a lot darker  potentially crazier  as the film slogan says ‘It End’s Here’  so Mills has nothing to lose. Our concern is the film’s rating will it be another 12A or back to basics 15 rating potentially capturing a little bit of the magic that won our heart several years ago. We do Liam Neeson’s ass-kicking awesomeness persona, how many actors can take on Batman, a submarine, take on a wolfpack  even hound out a terrorist 30,000 feet in the air, all bow to the altar of Neeson!

Tak3n will unleash it’s skills on UK cinematic legions from 8th January 2015 co-starring Forest Whitaker, Dougray Scott, Sam Spruell, Leland Orser.
