Dune UK Home Entertainment Release Set For January!

This month if you’re a cinephile maybe ask Santa to get you a 4K widescreen TV as you may want it to show off Dune! Warner Bros today announce the epic first part of Denis Villeneuve‘s Dune reboot is set for a UK home entertainment release on 4K UHD, Blu-Ray, DVD and VOD in January!

After David Lynch’s camp now cult 1984 version, fans Frank Herbert’s classic novel get the version they want. We can clearly say  they did! Amazingly this epic film is only the first part!

Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet), son of an noble family ( Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac play his parents), who assume control of Arrakis the desert planet. The planet is the only one able to produce the valuable spice commodity Spice Melange that lets you travel in space. After his family is betrayed, Paul has to lead a group of rebels to regain control.

The film also stars stars  Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Zendaya, Chang Chen, David Dastmalchian, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa, and Javier Bardem.

Dune will first be released in the UK and Ireland to rent the Home Premiere on Premium Video on Demand from 6th December. Then own it on Digital Download from 17th January and 31st January for 4K UHD, Blu-Ray, DVD and VOD.
