In Entourage Movie star Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier), together with his boys, Eric (Kevin Connolly), Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) and Johnny (Kevin Dillon), are back…and back in business with super agent-turned-studio head Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven). Some of their ambitions have changed, but the bond between them remains strong as they navigate the capricious and often cutthroat world of Hollywood.
When you barrage the cast with endless cameos it’s not always a good sign, but how hip Entourage was when it was on our television I couldn’t say as the show never appealed to me. As for tv shows coming feature films in UK the track record is very poor but will an American based show do better? The trailer does give you the feel that the film will play like an extended episode and with Vincent’s world falling apart maybe if they focus on the drama this film may have some hope rather than just nostalgia.
