Like the phoenix rising from the ashes of flames the legend with the ‘Salon quality hair’ is back to do what God intended him to do…read the news! laugh in unison and enjoy the full Anchorman: The Legend Continues Trailer.

This is kind of a big deal here folks as it’s none other than Ron Burgundy!  Ron (Will Ferrell) ,Champ Kind (David Koechner) , Brian Fontana (Paul Rudd), and Brick Tamland (Steve Carell) return to take on the 1980’s as Channel 4 launches itself as a 24 hour news channel. But can Ron and gang actually handle the new pressure not just from the new format but also the new young kid on the block Can Ron (James Marsden) the tanned perfect teeth top dog?

As for the new Anchorman 2 trailer, it doesn’t reveal too much on the plot apart from not walking in a warehouse sprouting out quips instead we get an indication of what the tone of the humour we can expect. Despite an appearance of Ron’s wife Veronica (Christina Applegate) it looks like the Ronmeister is on the dating game again and you’ll see he finds himself in one of the  most uncomfortable dinner scenes you’ll see on the big screen in a while. Aww even Brick has a love interest in the shape of Kristin Wiig who looks to be playing a similar type short of a few marbles in the brain department!

It certainly has the hallmarks of vintage trademark Ron Burgundy! Don’t Stop Believing, stay classy Anchorman: The Legend Continues  will arrive just in time in the UK for Christmas on 20th December.

Synopsis

With the 70’s behind him, San Diego’s top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), returns to the news desk in “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.” Also back for more are Ron’s co-anchor and wife, Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), weather man Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), man on the street Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and sports guy Champ Kind (David Koechner) – All of whom won’t make it easy to stay classy…while taking New York’s first 24-hour news channel by storm.
