Disney Orders Lilo & Stitch Live Action Remake
A live-action remake of the popular 2002 Disney animated classic ‘Lilo & Stitch’ is in the works over at Walt Disney Pictures.
Jonathan Elrich and Dan Lin (the duo behind the studio’s ‘Aladdin’ live-action remake) are attached to produce the film.
The remake is in early development stages and not a lot of information is currently available, but is said to be a blend of both live action and CGI. Whether or not the film will be release theatrically like the upcoming remakes of ‘Aladdin’ and ‘Dumbo’, or on Disney’s streaming platform remains to be seen.
