Camila Morrone 'Going Nowhere' In Mickey And The Bear UK Trailer

Signature Entertainment has released the UK Trailer for Annabelle Attanasio‘s directorial debut Mickey And The Bear.

Starring Camila Morone and James Badge Dale. The film is a powerful and heartfelt coming-of-age story, Mickey a working class girl stuck in an unenviable situation. Forced to take care of her opioid addicted, veteran father, whilst keeping the home afloat.

This drama has received some strong reviews since it’s premiere at SXSW earlier this year. Many plaudit to Morone’s performance which is great news for the young actress making steps in the industry. Looking at this trailer reminds of a certain Jennifer Lawrence in Winter’s Bone. A reminder that taking the indie route into the industry is a must for young actors. This film also highlights the effects and struggles of soldiers returning from duty. On themselves and their families.
