Bring real life action to the Big Screen!
Have you ever tried to show someone the photos on your smartphone, only the screen is so small that if they want to see detail, all they can see is part of the picture? Well it seems that Sony has got the solution with its new TV and Smart TV range.
When looking for a TV to set the stage for all the entertainment I am drawn to the range that Sony have to offer. For those of us that enjoy seeing all the action on the big screen, Sony’s modern technology allows us to bring real life action to cinematic life. Sony’s new NFC One-touch technology is as simple as it is cool. You can download the app to your smartphone or tablet, and then just put it right next to the wireless remote. What happens next is pretty surprising. Whatever’s on your phone screen appears on your TV: totally wireless, no hassles with cables or uploading, it’s just there in full-screen size.
Think about what you could do with that. There is so much great stuff on your phone or tablet that really ought to be on a big screen, not cooped up in a tiny little square. You could mirror your film clips, your music library (with access to your Sony Smart TV speakers for incredibly better sound), your favourite games.
That’s not the only app Sony’s pulled together with this new range of TVs and Smart TVsThere’s also TV SideView, which lets you dive into the details of whatever you’re watching off-screen. You can find out things like who’s in the cast, but you can also use it to turn your smartphone or tablet into an interactive TV guide combined with a remote control. You can get info about what’s on from various sources and click to make it roll on the big screen.
Of course, it’s worth mentioning that all of Sony’s new TVs and Smart TVs look pretty great (but you probably would have guessed that already).
