Will Ben Affleck ‘find love’ in the new The Accountant 2? In the new second UK Trailer released by Warner Bros. Pictures he’s looking for it, he might have to stick to his ‘brother’ as the action looks wild!
Ben Affleck returns as Autistic accountant Christian Wolff with Jon Bernthal his ‘brother’ Brax. Christian has a brilliant mind on how to solve problems, solving not always the ‘legal’ way. In The Accountant 2, when an old ‘work’ colleague is murdered, Christian gets help from his brother to solve who done it. When the pair get close to the truth the pair find themselves targets of ruthless killers.
The film recently made it’s premiere at SXSW, leaving the fest the audience winner. Nearly 9 years later since the first film, I think we can say cinephiles are eager to see more from the Wolff brothers!
Christian Wolff (Ben Affleck) has a talent for solving complex problems. When an old acquaintance is murdered, leaving behind a cryptic message to โfind the accountant,โ Wolff is compelled to solve the case. Realizing more extreme measures are necessary, Wolff recruits his estranged and highly lethal brother, Brax (Jon Bernthal), to help. In partnership with U.S. Treasury Deputy Director Marybeth Medina (Cynthia Addai-Robinson), they uncover a deadly conspiracy, becoming targets of a ruthless network of killers who will stop at nothing to keep their secrets buried
The film also stars ย J.K. Simmons, Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Daniella Pineda, and Robert Morgan. The Accountant 2 will be released in UK and Irish cinemas from 25th April (Also in the U.S same day released by Amazon MGM Studios).
