Arrow Films Set To Release Shudder Films On 4K Limited Editions

Shudder and Arrow partnering together to release a slate of eight Limited Edition titles from the Shudder Originals catalogue in the UK and USA.
The first slate of releases includes UK editions of Joseph Winter and Vanessa Winter’s very funny Deadstream (2022), Rob Jabbaz’s The Sadness (2021). Also Christian Tafdrup’s Speak No Evil (2022) which was remade in 2024 starring James McAvoy. Michelle Garza Cervera’s Huesera: The Bone Woman (2022), a US/CA edition of The Adams Family’s Hellbender (2021) and dual territory releases (UK/US/CA) of Ole Bornedal’s Nightwatch (1994) and Nightwatch: Demons Are Forever (2023)/ and Jennifer Reeder’s Perpetrator (2023).
All titles will be released on Limited Edition Blu-ray loaded with extras and The Sadness will also see a 4K UHD release. Arrow is targeting a summer release for the first titles in the deal.
Director of Sales and Marketing Dean Lawson at Arrow commented: “After years of working with the AMC team licensing many films from the Arrow Video catalogue for the vaunted Shudder platform, it’s fantastic to now showcase a selection of their Originals on physical media in 2025.”
Vice President of Programming for Shudder Sam Zimmerman notes: “Arrow’s stellar work is a staple of our shelves. To see Shudder films get the treatment is a privilege and a delight.”
The deal was negotiated by Cameron Waaler at Arrow Films and Lucas Verga at AMC Networks. Arrow will release the films as a deluxe collector’s edition Blu-ray as part of its Award-winning and celebrated Arrow Video brand.
None of the first set of releases Arrow is set to unearth have been given an exact release date. All we know is they will be released sometime in 2025.
