Are You Ready For Insurgent? (New Infographic)

This Thursday The Divergent franchise continues when Insurgent arrives in UK&Irish cinemas but are you ready for the film? To celebrate the upcoming release eOne UK have sent us this new info graphic which explains the story so far so when Thursday comes we’ll be up to scratch.

INSURGENT, the next gripping action-adventure in the blockbuster DIVERGENT franchise, raises the stakes for Tris as she searches for allies and answers in the dystopian ruins of a futuristic Chicago.Tris (Shailene Woodley) and Four (Theo James) are now fugitives on the run, hunted by Jeanine (Kate Winslet), the leader of the power-hungry Erudite elite. Racing against time, they must find out what Tris’s family sacrificed their lives to protect, and why the Erudite leaders will do anything to stop them. Haunted by her past choices but desperate to protect the ones she loves, Tris, with Four at her side, faces one impossible challenge after another as they unlock the truth about the past and ultimately the future of their world.

There was a lot of hope in Divergent that it will become the successor to the Young Adult Crown, it divided critics though we personally saw it as a stepping stone establish the characters, story for future films. So now the sequel is days away maybe some of the pressure of the first film has wiltered and hopefully we’ll have a better film on our hands.

The Divergent Series: Insurgent will arrive in UK&Irish cinemas from 19th March 2015 co-starring Ansel Elgort, Miles Teller, Jai Courtney, Octavia Spencer, Maggie Q and Naomi Watts.
