Apple TV’s Maximum Pleasure: Guaranteed Gets Teaser

Apple TV has just dropped the trailer for Maximum Pleasure: Guaranteed, the upcoming dark comedy thriller hybrid series by Tatiana Maslany, star of Orphan Black, Keeper, and the Marvel series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

The series will focus on Maslany’s Paula, a divorced mom who gets caught up in a web of the seedy, underbelly world of murder and blackmail after she is convinced she is a witness to a crime. Paula will spiral under the pressure of childcare, her sense of self and the repercussions of what she has seen. This soccer mom takes the investigation into her own hands, no matter the consequences.

Maslany’s co-stars include Jake Johnson, Brandon Flynn, Murray Bartlett, Jessy Hodges, Jon Michael Hill, Charlie Hall, Kiarra Hamagami Goldberg, Nola Wallace, and Dolly De Leon.

The show was created by David J. Ronsen and directed by Halloween director David Gordon Green. Simon Kinberg and Audrey Chon serve as executive producers for Gene Films, alongside Bard Dorros for Anonymous Content.

Maslany was last seen in director Osgood Perkins’ double bill of Keeper and The Monkey, as well as being a guest star on Star Trek: Starfleet Academy. Gordon Green has most recently directed episodes of Prime Video’s Scarpetta.
