Sky has dropped the official UK Trailer for David Mackenzie’s action heist thriller Fuze. Could this also be the audition for the two actors who could be James Bond?
Those actors are Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Theo James. They are Sky has released the official UK trailer for David Mackenzie’s action heist thriller, Fuze. This film could potentially serve as an audition for two actors in the running to be the next James Bond: Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Theo James. They are joined by Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sam Worthington, Elham Ehsas, and Honor Swinton Byrne.
Fuze is set in London when an old World War II bomb is discovered unexploded in central London. The military and police attempt to defuse it, unaware that, amongst the chaos, a heist is taking place. As the mass evacuation happens, can they pull off the jewel heist?
Mackenzie’s last film, Relay, had some nice twists and turns. The British filmmaker will be known more for Hell Or High Water; this looks like a solid film, too.
Synopsis:
When a World War II bomb is discovered in central London a team of military experts led by Will (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), are sent in to investigate and defuse it. A huge police operation is put into action to evacuate thousands of local residents. Amidst the chaos of the situation a group of men, under the guidance of diamond-expert Karalis (Theo James), are hiding out in a basement within the evacuation zone. With emergency services stretched to the limit and the bomb ready to explode, the group begin an audacious jewel heist under cover of the ultimate distraction.
Fuze will be released in UK and Irish cinemas on 3rd April.
