A Single Man Trailer (no 2?)

Away back in mid-September I posted a trailer for Colin Firth in A SINGLE MAN, but over the weekend many blogs and websites have been posting the trailer below.This trailer comes courtesy of My Space video’s and all I can assume the trailer i posted a few months back was the teaser trailer.

Since then Colin Firth has won the best actor for the movie at the Venice Film Festival plus Weinstein Company looks like have picked the movie up which might mean the trailer i posted could have been a promo trailer.A Single Man has built a buzz up between the critics and looks like a possible big contender at next year’s Oscars.

This looks a stunning piece of cinematography and very stylish, well its the debut movie from former Gucci Mogul Tom Ford (I assume the actors will all be in Gucci clothing?), I dont know if it would be a movie I would see personally but I do appreciate how good looking it is. The movie  also  stars  Julianne Moore, Matthew Goode, Ginnifer Goodwin and Nicholas Hoult and is based on a Christopher Isherwood novel of the same name. A Single Man will in UK – Irish cinema’s on 12th Febuary 2010.

A story that centers on an English professor who, after the sudden death of his partner tries to go about his typical day in Los Angeles. (- IMDB)
