A Quiet Place Part 2 Featurette Intorduces Cillian Murphy

We’re creeping closer to the sequel for A Quiet Place Part 2. Paramount Pictures are hoping you are holding your silence. They have been teasing us with little morsels and today they tease us one more with a new featurette.

The new promo is all about Cillian Murphy, who is a new member to the film. We don’t know much about his character apart from he’s a loner. Like a lot of the survivors plagued with anxiety, trying his best to survive. He certainly looks like he’s the lead male character taking over from John Krasinski, onboard only for directing.

It’s great now we’re going to see how life is like for other survivors. Suggestions we might also learn a little of how these cosmic creatures got to Earth. ‘Silence Is Not Enough‘ is a slogan we’re finding in many printed promotions, what other dangers lie ahead?

Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.

The film also stars Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe, Djimon Hounsou, along side Lauren-Ashley Cristiano, and Zachary Golinger.

A Quiet Place Part II will be released in the UK and Ireland from 19th March.
