A New Poster For Paddy Considine’s Journeyman
Paddy Considine is one of UK’s most hardworking actors in the industry, not just in front of the camera but now behind it. After his critically acclaimed Tyrannosaur in 2011, he will be hoping to follow the success with his next directorial feature, Journeyman.
Like his debut feature, Considine takes the lead both sides of the camera in his latest film. He plays a boxer facing the biggest challenge in his life, To walk, talk and save his marriage.
Studiocanal has sent us a fantastic new Quad Poster, which teases the Mental health journey our lead character faces. A tree whose branches are like those challenges he must face.
Journeyman tells the story of middleweight boxing champion Matty Burton (Paddy Considine). After winning a punishing title defense on points, Matty collapses at home. The journey towards regaining his speech, movement and memory will be the toughest fight he’ll ever face, and the prize could not be greater, for his relationship with his wife Emma (Jodie Whittaker) and baby daughter Mia are on the line… Journeyman is a powerful and beautiful story about loss and, ultimately, triumph. It’s about our identity, and how in life we sometimes have to dig deep into our soul to discover who we really are.

Journeyman will be in UK and Irish cinemas from 30th March. Co-starring Jodie Whitaker (the new Dr.Who), Anthony Welsh, Tony Pitts and Paul Popplewell.
