6 New Clips From J Edgar

There maybe over 2 months until the film arrives in UK &Ireland (January 20th 2012)  but this Wednesday J Edgar Clint Eastwood’s biopic of one of America’s most controversial figures of 20th century J Edgar Hoover(Leonardo Di Caprio). He inspired the formation of FBI one of the world’s efficient crime fighting organisations where he stayed as director from 1935 until 1972 just before his death, shrouded in secrecy, manipulative fighting a war against those who spoke against them making them ‘enemies of the state’.  His private life many believe if exposed whilst as director would have destroyed his reputation in office as well as out the office as it was know Hoover was a closest homosexual man who had many secret liaisons with his right hand man at the Bureau Clyde Toulson (Armie Hammer).

It will certainly be an intriguing film which will cause a bit of an uproar with some people in the USA who fully supported Hoover however as most of us want is everything to come out. In today’s society  been a gay man or woman who cares? That person will always be the same person to friends & family, in job terms if he or she has the credentials for the position that’s  all that matters. J Edgar stars also Naomi Watts, Josh Lucas, Jeffrey Donovan, Ed Westwick, Judi Dench.
