Lorton Entertainment has released the UK Trailer for The Three Kings Documentary. Three men who helped put British football on the international map…Matt Busby. Bill Shankly. Jock Stein.
Scottish football may be seen as by many as ‘the pub league’ of British football. Deep down without the Scottish influence especially the English game success might have been different. Sir Alex Ferguson, Kenny Dalgleish, George Graham as managers, a number of players found the success too over the decades.
For this documentary the focus is on the three men who kicked off the most successful era in the game North and south of the border Stein, Busby and Shankly. All three who were born in the central lowlands of Scotland within 30 miles of each other, and went on to change the history of football.
The film is directed by actor/Director/ Talksport host Jonny Owen (I Believe In Miracles), who’ll tell the story of the three of the most famous football institutions in the world Celtic, Liverpool and Manchester United.
