It’s question Ive been asking since first trailer, how popular was the American TV Series Entourage in UK? Was it as popular as it was in USA? Dream Large, Live Larger and watch the celebrity packed 3rd UK trailer…
It was only two weeks ago we had an celebrity filled trailer now we have a second one a further reminder that this isn’t going to be just the superheroes or road warriors.
In Entourage Movie star Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier), together with his boys, Eric (Kevin Connolly), Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) and Johnny (Kevin Dillon), are back…and back in business with super agent-turned-studio head Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven). Some of their ambitions have changed, but the bond between them remains strong as they navigate the capricious and often cutthroat world of Hollywood.
When it comes to tv to movie adaptations there is always a sense of anticipation but also trepidation that things go sour and what may have worked on the small screen doesn’t always work on the big screen. These type of films handled the wrong way can come across as mere cash cows rather than an exciting nostalgic 2 hours reminding us of the good old days. Series like Entourage do have feature film quality formula to succeed so now Ari seems to be a studio head will he surrender to Vinnie’s demands and let him direct?
So why is one of UK least popular “celebrities” Piers Morgan delivering a small intro to this trailer?
The one change from the previous post is that Entourage now arrives in UK cinemas on 15th June 4 days as originally advertised. co-starring Emily Ratajkowski, Scott Mescudi, Calvin Harris, Jessica Alba, Liam Neeson, Pharrell, George Takei, Haley Joel Osment, Perrey Reeves, Emmaunelle Chriqui David Spade, Armie Hammer, Kelsey Grammer, Billy Bob Thornton.
