Following on from last year’s successful adaptation of The Fault in Our Stars, 2015 brings us another adaptation of a John Green novel with Paper Towns.

The film tells the story of Margo (Cara Delevingne) as told by her neighbour Quentin (Nat Wolff). After years of watching her from afar, Margo appears at Quentin’s window one night and takes him on an all-night adventure, playing revenge pranks on her ex-boyfriend. The next morning, Margo has disappeared, leaving clues behind that it seems only Quentin can decipher.

The trailer suggests an uplifting, coming-of-age story, and showcases British model Delevingne’s impressive American accent. Paper Towns is directed by Robot & Frank helm, Jake Schreier, and although it has the same writers as the melodramatic  The Fault in Our StarsMichael H Weber and Scott Neustadter, looks to be a much more upbeat tone.

Paper Towns looks like it has the key ingredients to be another successful John Green adaptation, and will be released in UK cinemas this summer.
