Zero Day Trailer Starring Robert De Niro Asks ‘Who Do You Trust?’

A lot of people including Robert De Niro in Zero Day

Robert De Niro has starred in several classic films over the years, in February he’ll make his TV/Streaming debut in Zero Day. Netflix today have released a Teaser Trailer for the limited series, which asks you…’Who do you trust’?

In reality, the world we live in is in turmoil  politically with ‘wars’ happening all around the world. The mistrust /’fake news’  and governments breaking many promises, who do you trust? Internet is a wonderful thing, it’s also toxic with many well known people exposed or careers destroyed. This series  plays into that conspiracy theory and what a cyberattack can do to society.

What’s Zero Day all about? In the wake of a devastating cyber attack, a former President (Robert De Niro) is tasked with finding the perpetrators and seeking truth when another attack is imminent — but is the true threat a foreign power, or from within?

With those ‘drones’ that have appeared everywhere leaves you wondering who is behind them. Foreign power or something created by someone closer to home in the name of fear? Looks interesting series.

ZERO DAY is a limited series starring Robert De Niro as respected former U.S. President George Mullen, who, as head of the Zero Day Commission, is charged with finding the perpetrators of a devastating cyber attack that has caused chaos around the country and thousands of fatalities. As disinformation runs rampant and the personal ambition of power brokers in technology, Wall Street, and government collide, Mullen’s unwavering search for the truth forces him to confront his own dark secrets while risking all he holds dear.

The series also stars Angela Bassett, Lizzy Caplan, Jesse Plemons, Joan Allen, Connie Britton, Matthew Modine, Dan Stevens, Bill Camp, Gaby Hoffmann, and Clark Gregg. Zero Day will launch globally on Netflix from 20th February 2025.
