It’s been 20 years since Steven Spielberg’s wildly popular and Academy Award-winning Jurassic Park was first released into cinemas, captivating the imagination of audiences of all ages.

A story of greed, genetic engineering and dinosaurs on the rampage, Jurassic Park is widely thought of as one of the greatest science fiction films of all time, as well as being one of the first films to use computer-generated imagery to great effect.

Even if you haven’t seen it (why not?), you can’t have missed the influence on popular culture that this film has had. The film not only received widespread critical acclaim, it was popular with film fans as well, and remains the 18th highest grossing film of all time, even now.

To celebrate the anniversary of this popular film, Jurassic Park has been re-mastered into 3D, so you can see the dinosaurs walk using state-of-the-art animations which bring this beloved film to life like never before. Spielberg declared that he had produced the film with a sort of ‘subconscious 3D’, and we’re excited to see how this plays out on screen.
