Whitney Houston Biopic I Wanna Dance With Somebody Gets New Trailer

‘Don’t you wanna dance‘? You might be on boxing day when Sony Pictures release I Wanna Dance With Somebody. Today we get a look at the second UK Trailer, as Naomie Ackie hits the high note in the Whitney Houston Biopic.

Off course we know this is the day after Christmas day when you’ll be recovering from one too many mince pies. The hangover might still be hurting, however the film might be that kick you need.  After several documentaries on Houston digging into the stars tragic dark side, this film celebrates what made the pop star an icon.

Kasi Lemmons direct with Ackie as Houston. Named after her classic song the film follows from her days in her local church choir.  Leading up to the man who discovered Whitney, Clive Davis when she was struggling to mark a mark on the industry. That meet leads to her selling out stadiums and signing the U.S national anthem at Superbowl 1991.
