Watch UK Trailer For Mark Webber’s The Place Of No Words

The Place of No Words (2021)

When do we go when we die?” That is a question many of us ask, sometimes we find that solace in religion or beliefs. In Mark Webber‘s deeply moving indie fantasy drama The Place of No Words attempts to give some answer to that question.

Ahead of it’s release next month, Dazzler Media have sent us over the UK Trailer for Webber’s film which stars himself along with his wife Teresa Palmer and their son Bhodi Palmer.

This film tells the story through the eyes of a father and his young son. The father has been diagnosed with an terminal disease, how do you tell your 3 year old his father will soon die? The question gets answered all thanks to Vikings, fairies and mingling with monsters.

If you find it hard to talk about difficult subjects such as death to adults, how will you be with children? Shame they didn’t keep the original name Freeka Reeka Sheeka Deeka and the Big Battle in the Forest!

In The Place of No Words, a family embarks on an imaginative adventure exploring how we cope with loss, and the love, laughter and pain we can find within it. Told through both the eyes of a father and his young son, the story moves between the authentic real world and a fantasy realm filled with mythical creatures and extraordinary circumstances.

Written, directed by and starring Mark Webber (Green Room, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World) and Webber’s real-life wife Teresa Palmer (A Discovery of Witches, Hacksaw Ridge), The Place of No Words is a poignant, deeply moving story co-starring Phoebe Tonkin (The Vampire Diaries), Sarah Wright (American Made), Eric Christian Olsen (NCIS: Los Angeles) and introducing Bodhi Palmer in “a remarkable, guileless performance, says the Los Angeles Times.

The film also stars Eric Christian Olsen, Nicole Elizabeth Berger, Anna Schafer, Phoebe Tonkin, and Sarah Wright.

Dazzler Media will release The Place of No Words on DVD & Digital from 5th July in the UK and Ireland.
