Vampire In The Garden (2022)

Netflix have revealed the first official Trailer for  the upcoming anime fantasy series Vampire In The Garden. As humanity attempts to survive after loosing a war with vampires.

The 6 part series comes from the studio that gave us Attack On Titans WIT Studios, directed by  Ryotaru Makihara (The Empire Of Corpses). Humanity just lost a war with vampires, in the mist of Winter, loosing the place they once called home. A small group of survivors in a small town shielded by light living in peace. A girl has a dream of living in peace with the vampires, the queen of vampires once loved humans. The pair cross paths and can they re-ignite friendship both once had and save us all?

Absolutely gorgeous look to this animation, that mixes the gothic horror elements with the fantasy.  Character design is by Tetsuya Nishio, who has worked on the likes of Evangelion, Naruto to name a few The Vamps themselves when it comes to  humans they look like they’ll be the classic horror, but could there be more than just vampires to deal with?

The fateful meeting of a human and the vampire queen may change the world.

From WIT STUDIO and a team of talented creators comes Vampire in the Garden.

One cold winter, humanity lost its battle with the vampires, and with it, most of where they called home.

A small population of survivors created a wall of light in a small town to protect them and give them a place to live in peace.

The protagonist, Momo, lives a repressed life but still wishes to coexist with the enemy, the vampires. Fine, the vampire queen, once loved humans and disappeared from the battlefield. As war rages through the humans’ town, the two have a fateful encounter.

Once upon a time, humans and vampires lived in harmony in a place called Paradise. This is the story of a young girl and a vampire on a journey to find Paradise.

Vampire In The Garden will arrive on Netflix from 16th May.
