Watch The UK Trailer For indie Horror Shortcut

There’s not many independent films come with the knowledge that they where a Top 10 US Box Office film. Alessio Liguori’s horror thriller can boast that credit, today we get a taster of that film with the UK Trailer for Shortcut.

Any way to get home that little quicker, we will all take it. In this one one of those ‘shortcut’s’ might cost you your life, as not every road leads home.

The plot is straightforward, five teenagers are on their way home on their school bus which takes an unexpected detour. But this is no average night, it’s a lunar eclipse night and some creature prowls that road.

This has a big Jeepers Creepers vibe to it as an unknown monster preys on the young people. How much horror will be on show is unknown as it’s a 12 rating, however it has plenty of atmosphere to deliver the scares.

A group of five British teenagers are taking their usual school bus home when an unexpected detour turns their night into a nightmare. But this isn’t your average night, as a rare lunar eclipse is on the cards, as Nolan (Jack Kane) and his classmates; Bess (Sophie Jane Oliver), Karl (Zander Emlano), Queenie (Molly Dew) and Reggie (Zak Sutcliffe) soon discover.

The film stars Jack Kane, Sophie Jane Oliver, Zander Emlano, Molly Dew and Zak Sutcliffe.

Shortcut will be released in the UK and Ireland on DVD as well as Digital Format from 29th March.
