Watch The Trailer For Gorgeous Animation Wolfwalkers
Apple TV+ have been slowly building up an impressive selection of films and shows, things will get better with Wolfwalkers. The animated film comes from the filmmaker behind Song Of The Sea and Secret Of Kelis, Tomm Moore.
The film made it’s world premiere at last month’s Toronto Film Festival and it was no surprise that it left the festival with great appraise.
This time Moore is joined by concept artist Ross Stewart, in an adventure of magic and superstition. Once again based around Irish mythology of a story of an young girl who with her her father come to Ireland to wipe out the last remaining wolfpack. She quickly befriends Mebh in a friendship that leads her to transform into what she is here to destroy.

In a time of superstition and magic, a young apprentice hunter, Robyn Goodfellowe, journeys to Ireland with her father to wipe out the last wolf pack. While exploring the forbidden lands outside the city walls, Robyn befriends a free-spirited girl, Mebh, a member of a mysterious tribe rumored to have the ability to transform into wolves by night. As they search for Mebh’s missing mother, Robyn uncovers a secret that draws her further into the enchanted world of the Wolfwalkers and risks turning into the very thing her father is tasked to destroy.
The voice cast includes Honor Kneafsey, Eva Whitaker, Sean Bean, Simon McBurney, Tommy Tiernan, Jon Kenny, John Morton, and Maria Doyle Kennedy.
Wolfwalkers is set to be released in select UK and Irish cinemas from 13th November before heading to Apple TV+ from 11th December.
