Do you enjoy those peculiar, oddball films? Signature Entertainment have the film for you and that’s Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose and now we have the UK Trailer.

Simon Pegg stars as our titular character Nandor Fodor and the Mission: Impossible star is no stranger to those peculiar films. This film described a ‘true’ story of sorts, how true that will be down to the eye of the beholder. He plays famed Hungarian-American paranormal psychologist Dr. Nandor Fodor who heads to the Isle Of Man. Investigating a talking animal that might knows the secrets from beyond the grave, a mongoose named Gef.

Is this film a allegory about faith? It looks to have many comedic moments, many dark moments. Intriguing stuff with a good cast. That cast includes Christopher Lloyd, Minnie Driver, Paul Kaye, Ruth Connell, Tim Downie, Gary Beadle, plus Edmund Kingsleyย  and Neil Gaiman (voicing Gef).

When famed paranormal psychologist Dr. Nandor Fodor investigates a family’s claim of a talking animal, which claims to be a mongoose that knows secrets from beyond the grave, he uncovers a mysterious web of hidden motives. Soon, everyone becomes a suspect in his relentless pursuit of the truth.

Starring Simon Pegg (Mission: Impossible franchise), Christopher Lloyd (Back to the Future), Minnie Driver (The Witcher: Blood Origin), Paul Kaye (Game of Thrones), Ruth Connell (Supernatural) and Neil Gaiman, Nandor Fodor & the Talking Mongoose is written and directed by Adam Sigal (Poker Face).

Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose will be streaming on Prime Video from 20th October.
