This video proves once again why the Canadian director is the perfect choice to direct this movie. With Ridley Scott producing the pair share a visual style that’s similar, you could say Villeneuve is a student of Scott. With the mastery of Roger Deakins, this movie is going to be at least a visual treat, hopefully, more too.

Blade Runner 2049 is set for a 6th October 2017 UK, Irish and USA cinema release with Jared Leto, Robin Wright, Barkhad Abdi, Dave Bautista, Ana De Armas, Lennie James and MacKenzie Davis.
