Wake up buddy, it’s Walk O’clock Time!” We all know about those famous comic book duo’s in history, did you know Superman wasn’t a loner? Early Summer 2022 all will be revealed when Warner Bros release the animated adventure DC League Of Super-Pets! Today we get teased with the first UK Trailer for the film, get ready to sit, stay, save the world!

So who was the Man Of Steel’s (John Krasinski) sidekick? It was his faithful dog Krypto (voiced by Dwayne Johnson) the pair sharing the same superpowers and fighting crime in Metropolis. Believe it or not, this is not some last minute spin, this is based on a actual DC comic book from 1962. Created by Jerry Siegel, brought into 21st century by Jared Stern (Lego Batman Movie).

The whole Justice League all have their own super pets. When the Justice League are kidnapped Krypto and the rest of the pets (hound, potbellied Pig, Squirrel and Turtle) join together. Use those newly found superpowers and save the superheroes.

What perfect way to introduce comic books to kids with a family friendly adventure with their super pets! The voice cast shows Warner Bros are serious about this fun film.


In “DC League of Super-Pets,” Krypto the Super-Dog and Superman are inseparable best friends, sharing the same superpowers and fighting crime in Metropolis side by side. When Superman and the rest of the Justice League are kidnapped, Krypto must convince a rag-tag shelter pack—Ace the hound, PB the potbellied pig, Merton the turtle and Chip the squirrel—to master their own newfound powers and help him rescue the superheroes.

The voice cast also includes Kevin Hart, Kate McKinnon,  Vanessa Bayer, Natasha Lyonne, Diego Luna, Marc Maron, Thomas Middleditch, Ben Schwartz, and Keanu Reeves.

The DC League Of Super-Pets will be unLEASHed in the UK and Irish cinemas from 18th May 2022.
