Long running British crime thriller franchise Rise Of The Footsoldier, will return in September. Today Signature Entertainment have released the official Trailer for Rise Of The FootSoldier: Vengeance , which sees Craig Fairbrass on a warpath of revenge!
The franchise has been a mixed bag critically, some great reviews other forgettable. I’ll admit didn’t expect this indie thriller to last so long, at least to cinemas. Rise of the Footsoldier: Origins the previous film did receive some great reviews, so no surprise we have a sixth film coming soon.
In this one, we find ourselves in 1990’s Soho London. Pat Tate (Fairbrass) faithful footsoldiers have been taken out. Pat now finds himself venturing out of his comfort zone to find them responsible with an iron fist. Sadly never been a fan of the Rise Of The Footsoldier films, don’t think I will be after this, sorry.
Fresh off his headline Wembley Stadium performance at Capital’s 2023 Summertime Ball, British rapper ArrDee makes his feature film acting debut in the latest instalment of the wildly popular Footsoldier franchise, Since topping multiple international charts with 2021 single ‘Oliver Twist’, ArrDee is set to portray sweet-talking bartender Stevey, described as a striking pivotal role,Named by NME as “the UK’s next leading rap star”, the Brighton-born rapper who was the biggest breakthrough UK artist of last year, has regularly appeared on the UK Official Singles Top 100 Chart (scoring 5 UK Top 10’s) alongside playing Glastonbury 2022 as part of the lead-up to his debut international tour, amassing a variety of celebratory plaques from the British Phonographic Industry despite not having released an album yet.
Pat Tate (Craig Fairbrass, Cliffhanger) embarks on a rampage to avenge his loyal and trusted footsoldier’s violent death, venturing beyond his comfort zone of Essex into the dark side of 90s Soho to track down the villain responsible. Set to execute his revenge, Tate will stop at nothing even as the world around him starts to explode.

Signature Entertainment will release Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance only in UK Cinemas from 15th September.
